perfect spot near the tram!

the room was super clean. the bathroom was modern. the beds were really comfy, i noticed! the staff were really friendly too. i found a spot round the back for parking. it was very convenient.
The stairs were steep. It wouldn't be good for people with mobility issues.

i got a triple room private bathroom and the beds felt warm. clean linens also covered them. i saw a tram stop near by, a very convenient location.

Fantastic Stay Near Public Transport

The room provided was large enough for our group, this helped significantly. The beds were wonderfully warm and comfortable, and the linens were clean. I am very grateful. It was SO convenient being close to both the tram and bus stops.
The lack of dedicated parking was a small inconvenience. I had to find street parking nearby.

A Wetherspoon pub is just a short walk away. This was convenient. No food was served directly at the accommodation, but this nearby option more than compensated.

The room, including the toilet and shower, was meticulously clean. Everything I expected was there, and the twin beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities. a kettle, were available in the room.

The location is near Hillsborough Park and close to the tram stop, what a benefit! The blue and yellow tram lines offer convenient transport around town. This made exploring very easy and affordable.

I LOVED the tram stop so close to the hotel. The blue and yellow lines give easy access around. The family running the pub seemed kind and helpful. The room included toilet and shower. Both were meticulously clean. I HAD everything i expected.
